Have you ever said to yourself, "that looks cool but I could never do it" ? We believe so strongly in the life-changing power of CrossFit that we have committed our lives to taking the "scary" out of it. Our small-group setting have a low-pressure personal training vibe, while still providing the community aspect we all love about CrossFit.
Our 300-square-foot space is Rogue-equipped and air-conditioned (a MUST here in Southwest Florida!). We follow CrossFit Affiliate Programming There's even recovery drinks in the fridge. It's just like that big CrossFit gym down the road, without the intimidating crowd.
Train 2 to 4 days a week in a small, personal setting. Packages are available for as little as 6 weeks.
